A subtle yet impactful renovation that made this home more practical, modern, and family-friendly.
This project at Oatlands Road focused on making the most of the existing ground floor layout while adding thoughtful, practical improvements. A small rear extension was built to expand the kitchen area, giving the client a brighter, more functional cooking and dining space with improved flow and connection to the rest of the home. In addition to the extension, we carried out a partial internal renovation. The ground floor layout was reconfigured to include a new utility room and a separate toilet, features that make a big difference in everyday comfort and convenience, especially for busy family life. By carefully planning each element and making efficient use of space, we delivered a smart, subtle transformation that enhanced the way the home is used without the need for major structural changes. The result is a ground floor that feels more balanced, modern, and better suited to the client’s lifestyle.
