A smart extension and layout upgrade that brought flexibility, function and flow.
This project at Wolsey Close involved a carefully designed two-storey side extension along with internal renovations that significantly enhanced the home’s layout, space and functionality. On the ground floor, the new extension created a dedicated utility room and a bright home office, offering greater day-to-day practicality and a much-needed workspace for modern living. Upstairs, the first floor was partially reconfigured to include a new ensuite bathroom, improving privacy and convenience for the existing bedrooms. The roof was also redesigned to expand the loft space, allowing us to add an additional bedroom along with a second ensuite. This created a well-proportioned and private top-floor suite, ideal for guests or growing families. With smart planning and attention to detail throughout, the home now feels more balanced, spacious and tailored to modern family needs, all while increasing long-term value and comfort.
