This property had solid potential but needed a full transformation to suit the client’s vision and lifestyle. We started by adding a spacious rear extension, creating an open-plan living area ideal for modern family life. A new loft conversion added an extra bedroom and bathroom, expanding the home’s functionality without compromising on comfort. The original garage was rebuilt and reimagined as a dual-purpose space, offering both secure storage and a fully equipped utility area. Inside the main house, we carried out a complete renovation, including new electrics, plumbing, bespoke finishes, and upgraded materials throughout.
